7+ years building brands, communities, and growth engines from zero across Web3 and beyond.
I've built and run Web3 communities from zero to seven figures, without paid acquisition, through real trust and an authentic voice. That's the part most GTM systems skip.
Now I'm building automation and AI-driven workflows that scale outbound, content, and growth operations. This site runs on that same stack.
Built one of the most active RWA communities in Web3 from scratch. Testnet campaign, TGE, and mainnet launch, all community-led. No paid acquisition, no shortcuts.
Joined Plume Network in January 2024 as part of the founding team, before funding, before a Discord, before a single follower on X. Officially named as "Community" lead in the company's first public team announcement alongside its CEO, CBO, and CTO.
Built both channels from zero using content strategy and co-marketing: writing partner announcement posts and blog content that turned every new integration into a growth moment for both sides. This compounded through key milestones: the seed round announcement, and every major event Plume ran end-to-end, from logistics to team scheduling to all pre/post-event community communication, starting with ETH Denver 2024.
Ran the testnet campaign (mid-July to mid-September 2024), authoring community guides and engagement activities that helped drive testnet participation to 3.75M+ users and 265M+ transactions in under two months, while helping adoption grow across ecosystem projects building on Plume. After the initial window closed, kept the community engaged through maintenance mode until the next major milestone: token launch in January 2025.
By the time of my departure in August 2025, Plume had become the #1 blockchain globally for RWA holders, with more holders than the next 10 chains combined.
Operated as the connective tissue of Plume's marketing function during its early build, coordinating a lean team of 5–6 across design, content, and community to ship everything from social assets to event materials, pitch decks, printed collateral, and blog content.
Consolidated ecosystem-wide information for quarterly investor reports and reviewed PR releases before launch.
Helped popularize "RWAfi," now the industry-standard term for the sector Plume defined, through consistent community-driven positioning. Navigated and helped execute three major brand/narrative shifts: the seed round rebrand, the token launch narrative, and the mainnet positioning as Plume became the #1 blockchain globally for RWA holders.
Owned Bitso's co-headline sponsorship (alongside Binance) of LaBitConf El Salvador 2021, a landmark event held as El Salvador became the first country to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender. Managed a six-figure budget end-to-end: vendor and merch management, a citywide OOH campaign (airport billboard, 5 route panels, 2 venue-adjacent placements, 15 bus stops), and coordination across a 15+ person cross-functional marketing and growth team. Also ran the team off-site that aligned marketing strategy for the year ahead and planned the launch of Bitso's sponsorship of Tigres UANL, the first Latin American crypto company to sponsor a professional soccer team.
Coordinated event logistics and played an active role in partnership decisions for BNB Chain's headline sponsorship of Platzi Conf 2022 in Bogotá, LATAM's largest tech education event (2,000+ in-person, 120,000+ online attendees). Present on the ground for the full activation.
I've spent 7+ years building and running communities in Web3, from zero to a million-plus followers, without paid acquisition. Based in Mexico City, bilingual in Spanish and English, and I've built programs across 7+ countries in LATAM.
Lately I'm focused on where RWA and TradFi meet Web3: helping serious financial products find their footing in crypto-native communities, and helping crypto-native communities take TradFi seriously.
Deepening my technical range into GTM Engineering, combining growth strategy with automation and AI-driven workflows. This site itself is part of that: built and iterated using Claude Code, n8n, and AI-assisted workflows as a working example of GTM automation in practice.
